Ugh, chuuni tropes are so annoying. People will assume that just because you have a cursed eye that gives you powers suddenly you’re going to act like a middle schooler playing pretend. I have a cursed eye that gives me powers and that couldn’t be further from the truth! When it flares up you won’t see me falling to my knees clutching my eye and yelling about how it’s out of my control. New friends always remark at how casual I am in dealing with the eye and it’s dark powers, but they don’t seem to realize that if you have a cursed eye you live your whole life like that, after a certain point it’s just normal to you.
